Did you miss out on the Leslie Park Calendars at the November meeting? Not to worry, calendars will be available for $15 each at the field house on Saturday, December 8 from 10:30am-12:30pm. Drop by an enjoy some hot apple cider and Christmas treats!

Orientation meeting for rink supervisors and maintainers is December 8th
If you are interested in helping out at the rink this winter as either a supervisor or rink maintainer, please email Frank Sullivan at franksullivan@sympatico.ca and join us on Saturday, December 8th at 9:00 am in the field house at the Park for the orientation! Maintainers should come at 9:30.

Volunteer at the Leslie Park Rink this Winter!
The "Best Outdoor Rink in the City of Ottawa" will be up and running soon. Please contact Rink Operator Frank Sullivan at franksullivan@sympatico.ca if you are interested in any of these roles. Please consider giving your time this winter - the season is only 3 months! Pick up your 2019 Leslie Park Calendar at the November 8th meeting
2019 LPCA Calendars will be for sale at the November 8th community meeting starting at 6:30 PM. They will be selling for $15 each. We will have 50 calendars at the Saint John Apostle library (30 Costello Ave). They will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Pumpkin Chuckin' rescheduled to Sunday, November 4 at 1:30pm
The trebuchet pumpkin launcher will be back in action on Sunday, November 4 from 1:30-2:30pm. This is a 'BYOP' (bring your own pumpkin) event, or you can also try launching some of the spare pumpkins we have stockpiled in the field house.
