Please review the following policy options papers and participate in the surveys below.
The outcome of these studies will impact regulations on rental housing and short-term rental services such as Airbnb in residential neighbourhoods and hopefully minimize the negative community impacts of multiple rental housing units like the one on Costello Road.
1) Housing Conditions Policy Options – This paper examines various options for regulating rental housing.
2) Short-Term Rental Policy Options – This paper examines options for regulating short-term rental services such as Airbnb and VRBO.
