CANCELLED: Holiday Sing-along

Dear Leslie Park residents, Given the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19 and the Omicron variant, we are regretfully canceling the holiday singalong scheduled for December 24. This is in following the guidelines from the City of Ottawa and Province of Ontario ( https://ottawa.ca/en/health-and-public-safety/covid-19-ottawa/provincial-and-city-rules#update-december-20-2021). From all of us at the Leslie Park Community Association, we wish you and your families the best of the holiday season and the New Year. This year, I am especially grateful for the Leslie Park neighbourhood; to share a wave, a hello and a visit with so many neighbours when out walking or driving. I hope that each of you also finds comfort and connection in your daily outings, until we can safely gather together in larger groups. Please join us for a holiday sing-along on Friday, December 24 at 7pm! Meet on Abingdon Drive, close to the park entrance (across from 32 Abingdon Drive). Several neighbours have offered their lawns for us to stand on, ensuring room to spread out, in keeping with public health distancing recommendations.
